Acceptance
By creating an account or using ScanForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
ScanForge is a security scanning and compliance platform provided by Lindahl Produktion AB. We may update features and functionality over time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Mandatory two-factor authentication is required for all accounts.
Authorized Use
You may only use ScanForge to scan systems and targets for which you have explicit authorization. By triggering a scan, you confirm that:
- You own the target system or have written permission from the owner
- The scan is for legitimate security testing, compliance, or monitoring purposes
- You will use findings responsibly and in accordance with applicable law
Prohibited Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Scanning systems without explicit authorization from the owner
- Using findings to conduct attacks or unauthorized access
- Reselling or redistributing the service without written agreement
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Limitation of Liability
ScanForge is provided as a tool to assist with security testing. We do not guarantee that scanning will identify all vulnerabilities or that findings are error-free. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unauthorized scanning.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts or, for consumers, by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
